What people ask us.
How do we get the keys?
A key box is fixed at the apartment entrance. We send you its code the day before you arrive, once we know your arrival time.
When and how do we pay?
Nothing is charged when you send a request. Once confirmed, we send you a payment link or bank details for a 30% deposit; the balance is due one week before arrival.
What if we need to cancel?
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, deposit refunded. After that, the deposit is kept.
Can we bring a dog?
Yes, on request and at no extra cost. Just mention it in your booking message.
Is there a cot?
No, the apartment has no cot. An extra bed is available free of charge on request.
Do we need a car?
No: the beach, the lighthouse, the port, restaurants and the supermarket are all within walking distance. For Aveiro (11 km) there is a bus from Barra; cars park free in front of the building.
